Two ways we coat a garage floor. Both start with bare concrete and end with something you will want to show the neighbors.
This is the showroom look. Wet epoxy goes down, then decorative flake chips are broadcast across it by hand, and the whole thing is sealed under a clear, glossy top layer. The flakes give the floor its color, its texture, and that confetti depth you see in finished garages.
Every floor comes out a little different, because the scatter is done by a person, not a machine. That is the point.
